We take COVID-19 and your safety seriously!
We are pleased to announce that our office is fully open to the public with several permanent changes to enhance public safety and prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are open for walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and our agents are available 24/7 by appointment.
Our office has permanently increased the frequency of our professional cleanings, including daily sanitization of high use surfaces. Our staff and agents are screened daily before entering the office, and hand sanitizer is available to all guests.
We have also implemented a suite of virtual resources to help our clients who aren't yet ready for in person contact. Our agents have been trained to conduct virtual showings over FaceTime and Zoom. We also now offer free, no-contact home valuations.
While the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted every aspect of our lives, United Real Estate is committed to staying ahead of the curve to provide you with uncompromised service in these unprecedented times.

The Schunks and their team are incredible! Hurricane Ida destroyed our retaining wall and caused a gas leak just 2 days after we listed our 3 family property for sale. We were not in a position to make the repairs necessary and felt hopeless. Bill & his sons blew us away with their creative thinking and hard work.
