When I decided to sell my home, I interviewed a few different agents. I chose to work with Nick because he was able to talk about the market intelligently and was professional and knowledgeable.
And I am so glad I did! During the sale, my heater stopped working. Because I was abroad and unable to travel to the states due to Covid, Nick went above and beyond his duty to help me fix the boiler as well as negotiate with ConEd. If you have dealt with ConEd before, you know they can make life so miserable! I was concerned that the deal would fall through but Nick never gave up and spent countless hours on the phone with ConEd and found a solution!

Bill is a pro. Bottom line.
Bill is not only an expert at what he does but he treated us like family throughout our home buying process. For just one example, we were in negotiations on a three family house and the boiler was a concern. To calm our nerves, he sent one of his furnace guys to do an onsite inspection and record the findings when we could not be present. I could go on and on with more examples, but will end with this. When my wife and I are looking for that second home, we're calling Bill; he is who you want on your side.
