The Schunks and their team are incredible! Hurricane Ida destroyed our retaining wall and caused a gas leak just 2 days after we listed our 3 family property for sale. We were not in a position to make the repairs necessary and felt hopeless. Bill & his sons blew us away with their creative thinking and hard work. Bill is not only an expert at what he does but he treated us like family throughout our home buying process. For just one example, we were in negotiations on a three family house and the boiler was a concern.
